Terms & Conditions
1. By submitting personal information to and booking any services from My Super VIP Travel (The Company), customers agree to allow the company to store and use for future remarketing purpose.
2. Customers are required to make booking at least 3 days before travel date.
3. Customers are required to make deposit to complete the booking.
4. Customers are required to inform the company any amendment of itinerary at least 24 hours before, however the company is not responsible for any issue or unsuccessful change of the arrangement.
5. The travel packages are not inclusive of any entrance ticket.
6. The company is not associated to any illegal activities conducted by customers throughout the service.
7. Printed photographs require at least 24 hours of duration to process.
8. The company is not responsible for any loss or unexpected incident occurred during the trip.
9. The company reserves the rights to amend or add any terms without prior notice.
Pricing & payment
1. Additional hour of tour service is available at RM50 / normal hour or RM75 / hour (12am – 8am).
2. Additional hour of photography service is available at RM85 / normal hour, only available from 8am to 12am.
3. Customers are required to inform the company at least 24 hours before request for additional hour of service.
4. Balance of the payment is required to clear upon customer’s arrival
5. 20% Cancellation Fee (80% reimbursement): at least 7 days prior to date of activity, 100% Cancellation Fee (no reimbursement): 6 days or less prior to date of activity.
