Accident / Exchange Policy

  • Customers are required to check the car upon collection, replacement to similar car option is available for any issue found.
  • Any incident / accident occurred during the rental (during work hours), customers are required to contact the person in-charge to address the issue.
  • Any incident or accident occurred during the rental (after work hours), customers are required to contact us and send the car directly to respective official service centre, instead of any 3rd party service centre.
  • The company, My Super VIP is not responsible for any issue and misunderstanding during the communication / booking process.
  • The company works with various towing service providers across Malaysia, kindly contact the person in-charge for any service request.

General Terms & Conditions

  1. My Super VIP is not responsible for any loss / damage caused by any issue or service interruption by / from our vendors.
  2. Customers are required to contact our vendor / person-in-charge upon departure AND arrival to destination / for car rental pick up.
  3. No claim / refund request will be accepted after car rental pick up / commencement of tour / check-out from accommodation.
  4. My Super VIP reserves the right to reject any claim / refund request for cancellation or processing error.
  5. My Super VIP reserves the right to collect additional charges for detail amendment such as: late check-in, change car rental pick up location and etc..
  6. My Super VIP referral programme is only open for our customers and vendors to participate, any sharing and successful deal referred by unregistered user will not be counted.
  7. My Super VIP is not responsible for any technical error or missing record of successful deal from referral programme link, any complaint or request will not be entertained.
  8. Customers are strictly not allowed to violate any local law and rule while using our service.
  9. Other than stated terms and conditions from My Super VIP, customers are required to read and agree specific terms and conditions from our service vendors before making any payment.
  10. My Super VIP reserves the right to change any term or condition without any prior notice.
